i buy 10$ Refundable USA card but card has no balance/declined also the ticket button was disabled, means we cant raise refund if card declined or invalid, also there was no other option to raise the refund ticket or contact with support team, i lost my all money... any body can advise to me that why this is happening or how i can choose the right card and get the refund
